A wild spirit

Hey! I'm Kristina. 19. I'm a down to earth girl with her head in the clouds. I’m a strong girl whom has weaknesses. I'm a wild spirit with firm values. I’m a happily recovered anorexic. I’m learning to manage my bipolar disorder and I’m a sexual abuse survivor. I’m trying to overcome self injury. I don’t let anything in my life define what I’m going to be. I live life with no regrets. I’m an artist. Currently studying cosmetology. I'm a good listener and am more than happy talk to any of my followers.

Notes Therapy was really good today.

My therapist read my letter to my abuser out loud to me. That was really hard but I’m glad it’s out of the way. She really liked my letter, thought that it was very well written and one of the best letters she’s read. Maybe I’ll post it here on tumblr sometime.

Now time to go eat Panera with some friends :)
